Over the past several years, a large number of our clients have asked us if it is possible to arrange a mortgage or finance for their marina berth purchase. Unfortunately  none of the numerous financial institutions in the UK, Spain, France and Italy were not at all interested in providing this facility.

 

However, we have concluded several meetings with a number of finance houses, who have confirmed to us that they will provide berth finance facilities direct to clients of Genus Marine & Leisure, and at normal mortgage rates.

 

The length of mortgage will be closely related to the length of the berth lease, and the suitability of the applicant to meet the finance repayment terms.
